Everything you need to know about working with Longcloud, from pricing and timelines to IP ownership, hosting and support.

General

We build vertical SaaS platforms and bespoke software solutions powered by AI, specifically designed for New Zealand businesses. We handle everything from discovery through to launch and ongoing support.

We're based in Hamilton, in the Waikato, New Zealand. We work with clients across New Zealand, in Australia, and globally, and we're happy to meet face to face anywhere in the Waikato or upper North Island.

Longcloud AI Limited was founded on 17 February 2026 and is registered in New Zealand under NZBN 9429053452535. The company is new; the people are not. Between them the two founders bring more than 35 years in technology, finance, procurement and supply chain across organisations including Fonterra, KPMG and Southern Cross Healthcare, and Nick has been putting AI to work in production since 2018.

Longcloud is a two-person studio cofounded by Paul Singh, Director and Co-Founder, who leads the commercial side after more than 20 years in procurement and supply chain leadership, and Nick Foley, CTO and Co-Founder, who builds the software and has been putting AI to work since 2018. Both are farm-raised Kiwis. You deal directly with the founders, not an account manager.

Yes. We're a New Zealand company and most of our clients are here, but we also work with businesses in Australia and further afield. Software delivery is remote-friendly by nature, and we run the same process regardless of where you are. Where data sovereignty matters, we can host in the jurisdiction you need.

Yes, and we like to. We're in Hamilton, so meeting in person anywhere in the Waikato or the upper North Island is straightforward, and we regularly travel further for kickoff workshops. For clients outside New Zealand we run discovery remotely and it works well.
