Paul is Longcloud's co-founder and Chief Commercial and Sales Officer, bringing together two worlds that rarely meet: the grounded practicality of a farmer and father of five, and more than 25 years of senior commercial leadership across some of New Zealand's largest organisations. He led global procurement portfolios at Fonterra and reshaped national supply chain and procurement operations at Southern Cross Healthcare, then founded HMK Services in 2019. Having sat on the buyer's side of the table, he knows what enterprise leaders need before a line of code is written.

Nick FoleyCo-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Nick is Longcloud's co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, and the person who turns ideas into working software that solves real business problems. A father of two who grew up on a small farm in Whanganui, he spent more than 15 years across finance, operations and commercial roles, including over a decade at Fonterra in New Zealand and Chicago. Trained as an accountant, he built models and dashboards in Excel and Tableau from 2015 and was applying AI in Power BI to forecast spend data by 2018. He ships AI-assisted software, ethically and responsibly.
